In the morning of Mar 4, China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Branch, Everbright Securities Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Branch Company and Zheshang Venture Capital Co., Ltd. hold signing ceremony, and a three-party strategic cooperation agreement is signed by Vice President Xuesong Wu, General Manager Minggang Wen, and Executive President Yeyu Hua, representative of each party. President of CEB Hangzhou Branch Guohua Zhang, and Vice President Zhan Gao, Chairman of ZSVC Yuemeng Chen and Executive President Min Ni witness the signing.

President Guohua Zhang points out in his speech that CEB has been keeping good partnership with ZSVC and he wishes to expand new business lines and find new performance growth point for CEB through this cooperation and hopes to support excellent private enterprises to find a better development road jointly through cooperation.

Yuemeng Chen expresses that ZSVC has gone through new baptism in last year and has made good achievements. Current capital market has new changes and new trend which require three parties to cooperate with each other tightly and grasp the opportunity for bigger development.

ES General Manager Minggang Wen also reckons that three-party cooperation will help confront new situation effectively and will enhance capability to respond to market changes and show unity advantages.

According to strategic cooperation agreement, three parties will build joint working group and carry out all-around cooperation on establishing special capital management plan for investible listed companies.
